Testimonials

“I worked closely with Brian on the delivery of classroom and hands-on operator training projects in Gladstone and on Curtis Island. Delivering this training in the same time and space as the client's very complex construction, commissioning and start-up activities was definitely a challenge, but what made my life a lot easier was Brian's ability to keep his eye on the long range objectives while dealing with changes. Whatever the crisis, Brian was able to quickly assess and communicate its impact to the various parties concerned and work with those parties to help identify a realistic and effective workaround."

Curt Cain, PetroSkills Project Manager

"Brian has a clear passion for finding solutions for people in terms of their learning and development, which is evident in the way that he communicates with his stakeholders and maintains relationships. Brian provided many learning opportunities for me and has been a great mentor over the past 7 years."

Felicity Guest, Training Systems Specialist

"I worked with Brian to develop and deliver a sustainable, regional workforce training facility delivering specialist skills for a group of industry partners who were natural competitors in the limited market for appropriately skilled and accredited workers. I could always rely on Brian to maintain the long term vision and be the calm voice of reason when short-term expediency or operational frustration could easily have led to less favourable outcomes. His patience, perseverance, experience and extensive network of trusted partners made Brian and, by extension, his employer a key partner of our institution and very much a key driver of the success of our project."

 Professor Owen Nevin

"Brian was a terrific mentor to me during my final honours year at Curtin University. He reached out to me on a regular basis and was a great sounding board to discuss how my academic learnings could be applied to various roles and industries."

Francine Goss, CQU Graduate
